Originating from the Bangau Putih (White Crane) Silat, this set sequence of various movements has been especially designed for health and wellbeing. The class is suitable for anyone as it involves gentle warming up and stretching thus preparing the body for preforming the movements. The practice stimulates life force which increases vitality and rejuvenates the body.
